Our small group classes provide a supportive, welcoming environment to build strength and cardiovascular capacity alongside others with similar health needs. These sessions allow for close guidance, with exercises adapted to suit individual goals, health considerations, and fitness levels.

Our 1:1 clinical pilates sessions are focused on improving strength, mobility and control, tailored to individual health considerations.

Individualised clinical pilates developed around your health considerations, symptoms and goals

A space for people recovering from cardiac events such as heart attacks, stents, surgeries or new diagnoses.
If you’re feeling unsure about moving again or you’ve finished hospital rehab and want continued guidance, cardiac rehabilitation helps you rebuild safely and steadily.

• Gradual, structured plan exercise tailored to your condition
• 1:1 Exercise Physiology or small group class options
• Monitoring and progression based on your symptoms
• Education about how your body and condition responds to movement
• Support to return to your usual activities

We offer Telehealth consultations Australia-wide, allowing you to gain exercise physiology support from the comfort of your own home.

Living with POTS / Dysautonomia brings its own unique set of challenges, often involving symptoms like dizziness, fatigue and heart rate fluctuations particularly when standing. We understand how frustrating and invisible this condition can sometimes feel.
Our approach for POTS focuses on gentle, targeted exercise strategies designed to help you build stability, gently improve fitness and improve symptom management.
