SMALL GROUP EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY CLASSES

Our small group classes provide a supportive, welcoming environment to build strength and cardiovascular capacity alongside others with similar health needs. These sessions allow for close guidance, with exercises adapted to suit individual goals, health considerations, and fitness levels.

CARDIO-STRONG

  • When: Saturdays at 11:15 am

  • Exercise duration: 45 minutes

  • Class size: Maximum of 4 participants

  • Format: Small-group class for people wanting to improve strength and fitness.

    • Work through your own individualised program, with the social benefits of group exercise.

    • Suitable for all ages and fitness abilities

  • An initial consultation must be booked prior to commencing group classes.

POTS-POWER

  • When: Saturdays at 1:00 pm

  • Exercise duration: 45 minutes

  • Class size: Maximum of 4 participants

  • Format: Small-group class for people living with POTS wanting to build strength and fitness in a supportive, symptom-aware environment.

    • Sessions may include a combination of reformer pilates, mat pilates, strength and cardio-based exercise

    • Seated, supine and recumbent options, with gradual progressions as appropriate

    • Connect with others who understand POTS in a friendly, social setting

  • An initial consultation must be booked prior to commencing group classes.
