30- and 45-minute session options

A small, supportive environment to build strength and fitness at your own pace. With a maximum of four participants, there's still plenty of individual attention — exercises are always adapted to suit your goals, how you're feeling, and where you're at.

For people recovering from cardiac events such as heart attacks, stents, surgery or a new diagnosis. If you're feeling unsure about moving again, or you've finished hospital rehab and want continued support, cardiac rehabilitation helps you rebuild safely and steadily — at a pace that feels right for you.

Gradual, structured exercise plan tailored to your condition and recovery
1:1 exercise physiology or small group class options
Monitoring and progression based on your symptoms
Education to help you understand how your heart responds to movement

Not everyone can make it into the clinic — and that shouldn't be a barrier to caring for your health. Telehealth consultations are available Australia-wide, so wherever you are, you can access the same personalised exercise physiology support from home.
