Clinical Pilates
Personalised clinical pilates sessions
Unlike a regular pilates class, each clinical pilates session is designed around your individual health considerations, symptoms and goals — with careful monitoring and gradual progression built in. A gentle but effective way to build strength, mobility and control at a pace that works for you.
Who is clinical pilates suitable for?
Clinical pilates can be particularly beneficial for people living with POTS or dysautonomia, where sessions can be tailored to supine and seated positions to minimise symptoms. It is also well suited to anyone recovering from a cardiac event, managing a chronic health condition, or simply looking for a gentle, structured way to build strength, mobility and control.
You do not need prior Pilates experience to begin. All sessions are delivered by an Exercise Physiologist and are tailored to your current capacity.
