The number and frequency of appointments can be tailored to your goals, preferences and the level of support you would like.
Some people prefer to attend regularly, such as weekly or fortnightly, especially when starting out, building confidence or needing closer guidance. Others may prefer less frequent appointments, such as every 4–6 weeks, for check-ins, program updates and ongoing support with their home exercise plan.
At your initial consultation, we will discuss what is most suitable for you and create a plan that aligns with your health needs, goals and preferences.
-
Yes, we offer telehealth appointments.
For those who are unable to attend the clinic in person, or who live outside the Sydney Eastern Suburbs, our Exercise Physiology services are available via telehealth.
Telehealth allows you to receive individualised support, education and exercise guidance from the comfort of your own home, wherever you are in Australia.
-
Yes, we accept private health insurance.
Exercise Physiology may be covered under your extras cover. Your private health rebate will depend on your fund policy. Please get in contact with your private health provider to see if you are eligible and get an estimate of your rebate. Please bring your private health card to allow on the spot payment via our HICAPS machine.
